Many Jamaicans are furious at the price of NHT’s new Ruthven Towers apartment, which start at JM$27 million dollars (about US$170 thousand) for a one bedroom. Critics say the National Housing Trust should focus on affordable housing, but NHT says there’s a demand at this price point. What do you think?
