As a business owner, I host or attend several meetings a week. We have a weekly production meeting that’s usually about two hours, sales meeting, meeting with my account.  Then there are the boards I sit on. And the client meetings.  The list goes on and on.

And sometimes, there are meetings that I really don’t need to be in.  Just send me an email with whatever you need me to do.

Well, I was in an online meeting recently with a friend when I saw her name pop up to enter the meeting again, even though she was already there.  And she was like, oh that’s just my meeting bot.  It takes notes and sends me the highlights.
