The BPO sector is booming! ItelBPO plans to add 1000 new jobs in Jamaica by summer, with more to come. They’ve also tripled their workforce in St. Lucia. It’s a stunning rebound for a sector that was one of the first hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. CEO of itelBPO, Yoni Epstein, tells us about his expansion plans in the region.
